The FestexAndo project aims to create adapted celebration spaces within the CAPD centers, equipping them with sound, lighting, and visual effects systems that allow the organization of inclusive parties and events. These spaces are designed to promote socialization, active participation, and artistic expression among people with intellectual disabilities.
All devices were selected based on the needs of professionals and users, ensuring accessibility through simplified control systems, visual interfaces with pictograms, and adaptive lighting options to prevent sensory overstimulation.

As part of this project, adapted party rooms were installed in the A Coruña, Redondela and Sarria centers, designed to encourage active participation, sensory stimulation, and inclusive leisure among users. The rooms are equipped with Elan RGBWA-UV PAR lights, LT Mini Wash LED moving heads, and a mirror ball with two additional spotlights, allowing different lighting and visual atmospheres to be created depending on the activity.
The lighting structure is mounted on 1-meter aluminum bars with 90-degree elbows and clamps, base supports, and light brackets, ensuring a stable and safe installation. White molding and adapted cabling were used to integrate the entire system, ensuring a clean and functional setup.
Lighting control is managed from a JB System EZ light console, on which 3D-printed adaptations were developed to make its use easier for users with different levels of mobility. Thanks to this configuration, the multipurpose rooms become dynamic, accessible, and inclusive spaces, where music, light, and interaction combine to promote creativity and well-being.
